Starving!

This is pretty much how I feel lately. I have put a good, solid effort into cooking this week and have done pretty well if I do say so myself. One night, I got home and there were pizza boxes in the kitchen leftover from Matt and his friends. I physically threw them out of the kitchen! Matt was a little alarmed, but I told him how hard I had been working all week and I just couldn't physically "see" those boxes. It's a bitch being a food addict!

If this helps (because I am also trying to find the motivation to continue healthy eating and moving), I read that it takes 4 weeks f for those close to you to notice weight loss/fitness, and those you work with 4 more than that! So...that encouraged me to think big. I'm not shooting for February, I'm working out thru April for results. It put my brain in perspective.
